1 Red ognion sliced thin,
1 green pepper cliced thin,
3 tomato grated, 6 lime or 3 limon juice, 2 table spoon of oil, 1 kilo of shrimp,

Gewürze

salt and pepper, 2 spoon of coriander, 3 spoon of ketchup

serve with rice or fried plantain (very mature one) (sehr reife Kochbanane)

   

Dear friends,

this is the original ceviche de camarón.

Clean up the shrimp and put in water just enough to cover them then bring to boil

Add salt. Until pink colors.

Then without taking out the water add all other ingredients mixt well let it sit and then add the Keptchup. Serve warm but not hot, with rice and fry plantain.
