2 steaks, red wine, minced garlic, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, potatos

Dear Friends,

Cut steaks into thin stripes, marinate in wine for one hour. Sautee the garlic in oil and add the steak. Fry until the steak is brown. Drain the sauce and save it. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper to the pan, cook for some minutes. Add chopped onions, bell pepper, parsley and vinegar. Cook for a few minutes more, then add the sauce from the meat. In a separate pan, fry the potatoes in hot oil, add to the meat. Serve with rice.
