2 green pepper (minced), 1 big pearl ognion (minced), 3 garlic clove (minced), ½ kilo of shrimps (cleaned), 2 cups of long grain rice, 1 can of coconut milk, ½ cup of water

Gewürze

1 thea spoon of salt, ½ thea spoon of cumin

serve with fried plantain (very mature one) (sehr reife Kochbanane)

   

Dear friends,

Prepare you rice ( 2 cups of long grain) wash troughly.

Put oil in your rice cooker, add the rice with the fried mix above

Add 1 can of coconut milk, and ½ cup of water, let it cook until boiling then turn to minimum for 40 minute, mixt well and add 1 thea spoon of cumin and salt at tast.

You can serve with fried plantain (very mature one)
